- Increasing investments in state-of-the art technology resources and online distance education
- Enhancing the learning environment through beautification of campus and grounds
- To significantly increase awareness of Pillar and its mission through strategic marketing and public relations
- Promote the addition of the BA in Business Administration and Management, BA in Psychology and Counseling, and BA in Biblical Studies
- Establishing the LEAD adult degree completion program in strategic location throughout the state
