Student Chapel
Pillar College is committed to an educational philosophy that emphasizes integration of learning into a Christian world view. Student Chapel reflects this philosophy in that it incorporates a teaching component into one and one-quarter hours of student-led worship that substitutes for that segment of class time once each semester for each evening of class (a total of four Student Chapels per semester).
Student Chapel is planned and conducted by the Pillar Student Government in cooperation with the Coordinator of Student Life. Chapels frequently include guests who share about ministries that are significantly relevant to Pillar students. Student Chapel at Pillar is a part of academic life and counts toward class time.
See the SGA Calendar for the complete listing of Student Chapel Dates.
