Not many college presidents are as excited about degree completion programs as I am because I have seen it up close and first hand in my family and as a college president who has chosen to teach many cohorts in another state. LEAD is such a tremendous opportunity for an adult learner. It places you in a cohort of peers who all start out nervous, but finish their BA degrees joyful about learning in a relationally rich environment and confident about upward mobility in their professions.

There’s no question about the financial rewards that come with a college degree, but the greater rewards are the treasures of new knowledge and the sense of accomplishment you will experience.
