Payment of Student Accounts
All semester expenses must be paid in US currency. Students are billed for the semester charges based upon their registration schedule. Students must pay their bill in full, enroll in a payment plan or have Financial Aid funding on or before the first day of class. Registration will not be complete until payment is received or installment payments have begun.
TMS Payment Plan Fall of 2007 is as follows:
Traditional Track
3 Payments- September 1, 2007-November 1, 2007
Fast Track I
2 Payments- September 1, 2007-October 1, 2007
TMS charges a $45.00 enrollment fee which is due when you sign up for the payment plan. If the payment is not on time you will be charged a $30.00 late fee from TMS. Additionally, there is a $25 charge for each returned check.

Collections
Students who have an unsettled indebtedness to the college may be withdrawn from class(es) or be refused permission to take exams. Also, no degree is conferred, nor credits given, nor transcript issued, nor letters of honorable dismissal or recommendations written for such students. Past due accounts will be turned over to a collection agency 30 days after the last day of class; the student is responsible for all collection fees.
